Customer Care & Disabled Facilities
The Centre Management office and customer service centre is located in Brooklyn Square on Level 2. Contact 012 346 1063/4 for more info.
We’ve ensured that all facilities are accessible to disabled persons via ramps and/or lifts. All parking areas have specially allocated parking bays for the exclusive use of disabled persons. Complimentary wheelchair and Shop Rider usage is provided at the security office, located in the Green Parkade, level 1, next to Barber at Brooklyn.

With so much choice it’s often hard to find the perfect present, but the receiver of the Brooklyn Mall Gift Card can have the ultimate choice in any store within Brooklyn Mall and Brooklyn Square. Gift Voucher cards can be purchased from the customer service centre on the Level 2 and can be loaded with the monetary value of your choice. Parking & Rates
BROOKLYN MALL & BROOKLYN SQUARE:
The Parking Control Office is located on level 1 in the green parking level. Purchase a value Parking Card for R200 which enables you easy access to the mall without having to queue at the pay stations. Simply scan the value card at entrance and exit points. For parking rates, please contact Centre Management on 012 346 1063/4. Brooklyn Mall offers 2 Hours free parking Monday – Thursday before 18h00. A flat rate of R10 is charged for parking Friday to Sunday.
